Common use of No Suspension of Trading in Common Stock Clause in Contracts

No Suspension of Trading in Common Stock. Trading in the Common Stock shall not have been suspended (or threatened to be suspended) by the Securities and Exchange Commission or the principal market on which the Common Stock is listed or quoted for trading (the “Trading Market”), at any time since the date of execution of this Agreement, and the Common Stock shall have been at all times since such date listed for trading on the Trading Market.
