In the event of a suspension, delisting, or halting for any reason, of the trading of the Common Stock during the applicable Fixed Purchase Valuation Period or VWAP Purchase Valuation Period, as contemplated by this Section 7.2(f), the Investor shall purchase the Purchase Notice Shares in the respective Purchase Notice at a value equal to the par value of the Company’s Common Stock.
