No Tax Group Sample Clauses
No Tax Group. Neither National nor any of its Subsidiaries has ever been a member of a combined, consolidated, affiliated or unitary group for any Tax purposes, other than, with respect to any of the Subsidiaries of National, the group of which it currently is a member.
No Tax Group. The Company is not and has never been part of a tax group (Organschaft).
