Common use of No Technical Assistance Clause in Contracts

No Technical Assistance. Except as expressly set forth in this Agreement, in the Separation Agreement or any other mutually executed agreement between the Parties or any of the members of their respective Groups, no Party or any member of its Group shall be required to provide the other Party with any technical assistance or to furnish any other Party with, or obtain on their behalf, any Intellectual Property Rights-related documents, materials or other information or technology.
