Common use of No Tender or Mandatory Purchase upon Immediate Termination Event Clause in Contracts

No Tender or Mandatory Purchase upon Immediate Termination Event. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, no tender or mandatory purchase of 2020D-2 Bonds shall be available after the occurrence of an event under the Liquidity Facility pursuant to which the obligation of the Liquidity Facility Provider to purchase 2020D-2 Bonds immediately terminates without notice.

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, no tender or mandatory purchase of 2020D-2 2020A-1 Bonds shall be available after the occurrence of an event under the Liquidity Facility pursuant to which the obligation of the Liquidity Facility Provider to purchase 2020D-2 2020A-1 Bonds immediately terminates without notice.

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, no tender or mandatory purchase of 2020D-2 2023 Series N-2 Bonds shall be available after the occurrence of an event under the Liquidity Facility pursuant to which the obligation of the Liquidity Facility Provider to purchase 2020D-2 2023 Series N-2 Bonds immediately terminates or is suspended without notice.

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, no tender or mandatory purchase of 2020D-2 2024 Series B-2 Bonds shall be available after the occurrence of an event under the Liquidity Facility pursuant to which the obligation of the Liquidity Facility Provider to purchase 2020D-2 2024 Series B-2 Bonds immediately terminates or is suspended without notice.
