No Tender or Mandatory Purchase upon Immediate Termination Event. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, no tender or mandatory purchase of 2024 Series C-2 Bonds shall be available after an event under the Liquidity Facility pursuant to which the obligation of the Liquidity Facility Provider to purchase 2024 Series C-2 Bonds immediately terminates or is suspended without notice.
