No Termination or Abatement. This Agreement and the other Operative Documents and Lessee's obligation to pay Rent and to pay and perform all other Lessee Obligations shall continue in full force and effect without abatement notwithstanding the occurrence or existence of any event or circumstance, including any event or circumstance set forth in Subparagraph 6.08(c).
