No Termination; Recovery of Rent. If Landlord does not elect to terminate this Lease as provided in this Section 14.2, then Landlord may, from time to time, recover all Rent as it becomes due under this Lease. At any time thereafter, Landlord may elect to terminate this Lease and to recover damages to which Landlord is entitled pursuant to this Article 14.
