Common use of No Third Parry Beneficiaries Clause in Contracts

No Third Parry Beneficiaries. Nothing contained in tins Agreement shall be construed so as to create any third party beneficiary hereunder. In this regard, nothing under tins Agreement shall entitle any third party to any remedies against LGF, at law, in equity, or otherwise, including, without limitation, any additional audit rights or the right to seek or obtain injunctive relief against LGFs distribution of the Picture.
