No Third Parties Benefitted. This Agreement is made for the purpose of defining and setting forth certain obligations, rights and duties of Borrower, Administrative Agent and Lenders in connection with the Extensions of Credit, and is made for the sole benefit of Borrower, Administrative Agent and Lenders, Administrative Agent’s and Lenders’ successors and permitted assigns. Except as provided in Section 10.04, no other Person shall have any rights of any nature hereunder or by reason hereof.
