No Third Party Beneficiaries; Assignment. This Agreement shall not be deemed to be for the benefit of any entity or person who is not a Party to the Agreement and does not create any rights, benefits or causes of action for any other person, entity or member of the general public (including but not limited to, the record owner(s) of the property within the Service Area), and neither this Agreement, nor any interest therein, may be assigned without the prior written consent of the non-assigning Party. Any attempted assignment without the prior written consent of the non-assigning Party shall be void.
