No Third Party Beneficiary, Etc. Except as otherwise expressly provided for herein, there shall be no third party beneficiary of this Agreement and this Agreement shall not inure to the benefit of, be enforceable by, or create any right or cause of action in any Person other than the parties hereto and their heirs, executors, administrators, legal representatives, successors and permitted assigns.
