No Third Party Benefit and Limitation. No provision of this Contract shall inure to the benefit of any other entity, or any individual resident, taxpayer, or ratepayer of any Member Agencies of CIWW. This Contract may be the basis of a claim or cause of action on behalf of any other person or entity against CIWW, WDMWW or any Member Agency of CIWW or any of their respective residents, taxpayers, or ratepayers.
