No Third Party Infringement of Company IP. To the Knowledge of the Company, no Person has infringed, misappropriated, or otherwise violated, and no Person is currently infringing, misappropriating or otherwise violating, any Company IP. The Company has Made Available a true, correct and complete copy of each letter or other written or electronic communication or correspondence that has been sent or otherwise delivered by or to the Company or any Subsidiary or any of their respective representatives regarding any actual, alleged or suspected infringement or misappropriation of any Company IP.

No Third Party Infringement of Company IP. To the Knowledge of the Company, no Person has infringed, misappropriated, misappropriated or otherwise violated, and no Person is currently infringing, misappropriating or otherwise violating, any Company IP. The Part 2.10(h) of the Disclosure Schedule accurately identifies (and the Company has Made Available made available to Parent a true, correct complete and complete accurate copy of of) each letter or other written or electronic communication or correspondence that has been sent or otherwise delivered by or to the Company or any Subsidiary or representative of the Company to any of their respective representatives Person regarding any actual, alleged or suspected infringement or misappropriation of any Company IP.

The Section 2.13(f) of the Disclosure Schedule accurately identifies (and the Company has Made Available a true, correct and complete copy of of) each letter or other written or electronic communication or correspondence that has been sent or otherwise delivered by or to the Company or any Subsidiary or any of their respective representatives regarding any actual, alleged or suspected infringement or misappropriation of any Company IP.

To the Knowledge of the Company’s Knowledge, no Person has infringed, misappropriated, or otherwise violated, and no Person is currently infringing, misappropriating or otherwise violating, violating any Company IP. The Schedule 4.12(f) accurately identifies (and the Company has Made Available a true, correct and complete copy of of) each letter letter, or other written or electronic communication or correspondence correspondence, that has been sent or otherwise delivered by or to the Company or any Subsidiary or any of their respective representatives regarding any actual, alleged or suspected infringement or misappropriation of any Company IP. The Company has not brought any Actions against any Person with respect to any Company IP.

The Part 2.10(h) of the Disclosure Schedule accurately identifies (and the Company has Made Available made available to Parent or its Representatives a true, correct complete and complete accurate copy of of) each letter or other written or electronic communication or correspondence that has been sent or otherwise delivered by or to the Company or any Subsidiary or any Representative of their respective representatives the Company regarding any actual, alleged or suspected infringement or misappropriation of any Company IP, and indicates the current status of the matter referred to in such letter or correspondence.

No Third Party Infringement of Company IP. To the Knowledge of the Company, no Person has infringed, misappropriated, or otherwise violated, and and, to the Company’s Knowledge, no Person is currently infringing, misappropriating or otherwise violating, any Company IP. The Section 2.14(g) of the Disclosure Schedule accurately identifies (and the Company has Made Available provided to Parent a true, correct complete and complete accurate copy of of) each letter or other written or electronic communication or correspondence that has been sent or otherwise delivered by or to the Company or any Subsidiary or any of their respective its representatives regarding any actual, alleged or suspected infringement or misappropriation of any Company IPIP and provides a brief description of the current status of the matter referred to in such letter, communication or correspondence.

To the Knowledge of the Company, no No Person has infringed, misappropriated, or otherwise violated, and no Person is currently infringing, misappropriating or otherwise violating, any Company IP. The Section 3.13(f) of the Disclosure Schedule accurately identifies (and the Company has Made Available a true, correct and complete copy of of) each letter or other written or electronic communication or correspondence that has been sent or otherwise delivered by or to the Company or any Subsidiary or any of their respective representatives regarding any actual, alleged or suspected infringement or misappropriation of any Company IP.
