No Third Party Obligors. The Employee acknowledges that the obligation to make payments due under this Agreement, if any, shall be the sole obligation of the Employer and shall be unfunded and unsecured. In no event shall Ashland or any related party other than Employer be obligated to make payments due under this Agreement.
