No Third-Party Rights in Capital. The obligations or rights of the Partnership or of the Partners to make or require any Capital Contribution under this Agreement shall not grant any rights to, or confer any benefits upon, any Person who is not a Partner. The making of a nonrecourse loan to the Partnership shall not make the lender a Partner.
