No Title Warranty or Representation. Except for the special warranty of title by, through and under Seller that will be contained in the Assignment, Xxxx of Sale and Conveyance in the form attached as Exhibit F and without limiting Buyer’s right to adjust the Purchase Price as provided in this Article 4, Seller makes no warranty or representation, express or implied, statutory or otherwise, with respect to Seller’s title to any of the Assets and Buyer hereby acknowledges and agrees that Buyer’s sole remedy for any defect of title, including any Title Defect, with respect to any of the Assets shall be pursuant to the procedures and as set forth in this Article 4.
