NO TRANSFER OF FIRST MORTGAGE BONDS; EXCEPTION. Except as required to effect an assignment to a successor trustee under this Indenture, the Trustee shall not sell, assign or transfer any First Mortgage Bonds held by it pursuant to this Indenture and the Company shall issue stop transfer instructions to the trustees and any transfer agents under the Bond Indentures to effect compliance with this Section 4.04.
