Common use of No Transfer of First Mortgage Bonds Clause in Contracts

No Transfer of First Mortgage Bonds. The Trustee shall not sell, assign or transfer the First Mortgage Bonds except to a successor trustee under this Indenture. The First Mortgage Bonds may be held by and registered in the name of the Trustee's nominee without violating the provisions of the preceding sentence, provided that such nominee is under the control of the Trustee and that the ability of the Trustee to perform its obligations hereunder will not be adversely affected thereby.
