No Transfer of or Encumbrance on Collateral. ‌ Other than the security interest granted to the Collateral Agents, for the benefit of the Indenture Trustee, the holders and the Secured Parties, and as otherwise permitted pursuant to the Financing Documents, the Issuer shall not pledge, assign, sell, grant a security interest in, or otherwise convey any of the Collateral.
