Common use of No Transfer of Property Rights to Applicant Clause in Contracts

No Transfer of Property Rights to Applicant. Nothing contained in this Agreement or any license subject to this Agreement shall create or vest (or be construed as creating or vesting) in either party any right, title, or interest in or to any real or personal property owned by the other. The payment of fees and charges as provided by this Agreement and licenses subject to this Agreement shall not create or vest (or be construed as creating or vesting) in either party any right, title, or interest in or to any real or personal property owned by the other. No use, however extended, of SWBT’s poles, ducts, conduits, or rights-of-way shall create or vest (or be construed as creating or vesting) in Applicant any right, title, or interest in or to any real or personal property owned by SWBT, and the placement of Applicant’s facilities on or in SWBT’s poles, ducts, conduits and rights-of-way shall not create or vest in SWBT any right, title, or interest in such facilities.
