No Transfer of Rights. Nothing in this Agreement is, nor shall be deemed to be, any transfer, conveyance, assignment or waiver (by express license, implied license or otherwise) by the Disclosing Party of any Intellectual Property Rights it has or claims to have in the Confidential Information.
