Common use of No Transfer of Rights Clause in Contracts

No Transfer of Rights. RECIPIENT acknowledges that Med Uni Graz retains ownership of all MATERIALS, Modifications and DATA including of all related Intellectual Property Rights relating to the MATERIALS, its Modifications and DATA. Med Uni Graz hereby grants RECIPIENT the right to use the MATERIALS and DATA for the Research Purpose. Except as provided in this Agreement, no express or implied licenses or other rights are granted to RECIPIENT.
