NO TRANSFER OF SENIOR NOTE FIRST MORTGAGE BONDS; EXCEPTIONS. Except (i) as required to effect an assignment to a successor trustee under this Indenture, (ii) pursuant to Section 4.05 or Section 4.08 hereof, or (iii) in compliance with a final order of a court of competent jurisdiction in connection with any bankruptcy or reorganization proceeding of the Company, the Trustee shall not sell, assign or transfer the Senior Note First Mortgage Bonds and the Company shall issue stop transfer instructions to the Mortgage Trustee and any transfer agent under the First Mortgage to effect compliance with this Section 4.04.
