No Transfer of Titles. Notwithstanding anything to the c contrary contained herein, the Third Party who has acquired the shares from the Transferring Shareholder shall not acquire the Transferring Shareholders’ directorship, office or employment title, to the extent same exist, without the prior unanimous, written consent of the Non-Transferring Shareholders and the Corporation.
