Common use of No Transfers of Restricted Shares Clause in Contracts

No Transfers of Restricted Shares. Notwithstanding anything contained herein to the contrary (including, without limitation, the other provisions of this Section 4), Executive may not transfer, assign, pledge or otherwise dispose of any interest in any Unvested Shares (except pursuant to Section 3 hereof) or any Restricted Shares that remain unvested under the Restricted Securities Agreement (except pursuant to the Restricted Securities Agreement).
