No Trust Fund. Except as specifically set forth in Section 2, (i) this Agreement shall not be construed to create a trust or separate fund of any kind or a fiduciary relationship between the Bank and you or any other person, and (ii) to the extent that you acquire the right to receive payments from the Bank under this Agreement, such right shall be no greater than the right of any unsecured general creditor of the Bank.
