No unauthorised representations. The indemnified party must not make any representations or warranties to a third party concerning any goods or services being provided by the responsible party to that third party (including any representation concerning the nature and quality of any goods or services being provided by the responsible party to the third party) which the indemnified party is not authorised by this Agreement or otherwise by the responsible party to make.
