No Unauthorized Warranties. MSP shall make no representations or warranties with respect to the Commercial Software beyond those contained herein. MSP shall be solely responsible for, and Elastic shall have no legal obligation to honor, any warranties that MSP provides to MSP Clients to the extent that such warranties are broader or greater in scope than those made by Elastic to MSP hereunder. MSP shall defend, indemnify and hold Elastic and its affiliated companies harmless from any and all costs, losses, damages, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees and costs of litigation) resulting from MSP’s failure to comply with this Section 6.1.
