Common use of No Unclaimed Property Rights Clause in Contracts

No Unclaimed Property Rights. Defendants guarantee to pay the Benefit as determined by the Settlement Administrator pursuant to the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, Defendants shall pay Valid Claims only. This Agreement does not create any vested property interest or unclaimed property rights for Settlement Class Members who do not file Valid Claims.
