Common use of No Understandings as to Employment Clause in Contracts

No Understandings as to Employment. Nothing in the grant of the Restricted Shares or in this Agreement shall constitute or be evidence of any understanding, express or implied, on the part of the Company, Omnicom or any Omnicom Affiliate to employ the Employee for any period or shall interfere with or restrict in any way the rights of the Company, Omnicom and the Omnicom Affiliates to discharge the Employee at any time for any reason whatsoever, with or without cause.
