No Undisclosed Dealings. The parties acknowledge that they have not been induced to execute this Agreement by promises of compensation, in cash or kind, from the other and that there are no side agreements, side dealings or undisclosed dealings between the parties affecting or relating to this Agreement except as contained herein.
