Common use of No Undisclosed Events Clause in Contracts

No Undisclosed Events. Except as set forth on Schedule 4.16, since March 30, 2008, no material event exists with respect to the Company or its Subsidiaries or their respective businesses, properties, operations or financial condition, which has not been disclosed to the Acquiror Company as of the date of this Agreement.

Except as set forth on Schedule 4.165.15, since March 30December 31, 20082007, no material event exists with respect to the Company or its Company Subsidiaries or their respective businesses, properties, operations or financial condition, which has not been disclosed to the Acquiror Company in writing as of the date of this Agreement.
