No Unrestricted Subsidiaries. The parties hereto agree that no provision hereof or any other Loan Document may be amended or added to allow for the designation of an “Unrestricted Subsidiary” and/or incorporate necessary corresponding changes throughout this Agreement to effectuate the addition of such concept without the consent of all Lenders.
