No document, certificate, instrument or other writing furnished to the Lenders by or on behalf of the Authority or any Party in connection with the transactions contemplated in any Loan Document, taken as a whole, contains any untrue material statement of fact or omits to state any such fact (of which the Borrower or any other Party has knowledge) necessary to make the representations, warranties and other statements contained herein or in such other document, instrument or writing not misleading.
