No Untrue Statements or Material Omissions. None of the statements contained in any report, financial statement, exhibit or schedule furnished by or on behalf of the Borrowers to Allied in connection with the negotiation of any Investment Document or included therein or delivered pursuant thereto, contained or contains any untrue statement of material fact or omits any material fact required to be stated therein or necessary to make the statements made therein, in light of the circumstances under which they were made, not misleading as of the time when made or delivered.
