No Use by Others. Except as otherwise expressly permitted in this XXXX, you may not allow the Product to be accessed, used or possessed by another party. For these purposes, the term “use” will include, without limitation, direct or indirect use via thin-client or web-based remote access software which but for the use thereof would have required a copy of the Product to be installed or used locally by that user.
