No Use of HEAD and Other Licensed Marks. Nothing contained herein shall authorize or permit Licensee (or any of its Affiliates) to source or manufacture goods bearing the trademark HEAD or other marks like the HEAD marks that are licensed by a third party to Licensor for use solely in connection with the TSA Stores.
