No Use of Marine Heads; Holding Tanks Required. Any boat equipped with a Marine head shall contain an adequate holding tank, incinerator recirculation device, or other equivalent device that will receive and retain sewage. Marina heads of boats without holding tanks or equivalent devices shall be rendered inoperable at all times when the boats are moored in the Marina.
