No Use Restrictions. To the best of its knowledge, after making reasonable inquiries, installment and use of the Solar Cells and the Project will not be subject to any restrictions on use that would result in a Material Adverse Effect other than matters under applicable Law or as referenced in this Cell Owner Agreement;
