Common use of No Variations Clause in Contracts

No Variations. Nothing in a purchase order or in any other document given by the Customer to TEN shall have the effect of varying any provision contained in these Terms & Conditions or creating or altering the rights, Liabilities or Obligations of any party. The Customer acknowledges and agrees that TEN does not accept any terms contained in any purchase order or in any other document given by the Customer to TEN, and no act on TEN’s part (including the supply of relevant Supply Items) constitutes acceptance of any such terms.
