No Vested Rights Granted. Except as provided by law, or as expressly provided in this Agreement, no vested rights to develop the Project shall inure to Developer by virtue of this Agreement. Nor does the City warrant that Developer is entitled to any City approvals required for development of the Property or construction of the Project as a result of this Agreement.
