Common use of No Vesting of Options Clause in Contracts

No Vesting of Options. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement and except as provided in Section 2.2(b), any portion of the Option that has not become vested pursuant to Section 2.1 or 2.2 on or prior to the date of the Optionee’s termination of service as a Service Provider shall be forfeited and shall not thereafter become vested or exercisable.
