No Violation, Etc. CAI has not violated any law or any governmental regulation or requirement which violation has had or would reasonably be expected to have a material adverse effect upon the financial condition, operating results, assets, operations or business prospects of CAI, and CAI has not received notice of any such violation. CAI is not subject to, or has reason to believe it may become subject to, any material liability (contingent or otherwise) or corrective or remedial obligation arising under any environmental law, rule or regulation.
