Common use of No Violation of Anti-Terrorism Laws Clause in Contracts

No Violation of Anti-Terrorism Laws. The Loan Parties and each Subsidiary of any Loan Party shall not: (i) violate any of the prohibitions set forth in the Executive Order No. 13224, the USA Patriot Act or any other Anti-Terrorism Law applicable to any of them or the business that they conduct, and (ii) require the Agent or the Banks to take any action that would cause the Agent or the Banks to be in violation of the prohibitions set forth in the Executive Order No. 13224, the USA Patriot Act or any other Anti-Terrorism Law, it being understood that the Agent or any Bank can refuse to honor any such request or demand otherwise validly made by any such Loan Party or any Subsidiary of any Loan Party under this Agreement or any other Loan Document.
