Common use of No Violation of Building Policies Clause in Contracts

No Violation of Building Policies. Tenant shall not commit or permit any violation of the policies of fire, boiler, sprinkler, water damage or other insurance covering the Complex and/or the fixtures, equipment and property therein carried by Landlord, or do or permit anything to be done, or keep or permit anything to be kept, in the Premises, which in case of any of the foregoing (i) would result in termination of any such policies, (ii) would adversely affect Landlord’s right of recovery under any of such policies, or (iii) would result in reputable and independent insurance companies refusing to insure the Complex or the property of Landlord in amounts reasonably satisfactory to Landlord.

No Violation of Building Policies. Tenant shall not commit or permit any violation of the policies of fire, boiler, sprinkler, water damage or other insurance covering the Complex Property and/or the fixtures, equipment and property therein carried by Landlord, or do or permit anything to be done, or keep or permit anything to be kept, in the Premises, which in case of any of the foregoing (i) would result in termination of any such policies, (ii) would adversely affect Landlord’s right of recovery under any of such policies, or (iii) would result in reputable and independent insurance companies refusing to insure the Complex Property or the property of Landlord in amounts reasonably satisfactory to Landlord.

Tenant shall not commit or permit any violation of the policies of fire, boiler, sprinkler, water damage or other insurance covering the Complex Project and/or the fixtures, equipment and property therein carried by Landlord, or do or permit anything to be done, or keep or permit anything to be kept, in the Premises, which in case of any of the foregoing (i) would result in termination of any such policies, (ii) would adversely affect Landlord’s right of recovery under any of such policies, or (iii) would result in reputable and independent insurance companies refusing to insure the Complex Project or the property of Landlord in amounts reasonably satisfactory to Landlord.

Tenant shall not commit or permit any violation of the policies of fire, boiler, sprinkler, water damage or other insurance covering the Complex Office Park and/or the fixtures, equipment and property therein carried by Landlord, or do or permit anything to be done, or keep or permit anything to be kept, in the Premises, which in case of any of the foregoing (i) would result in termination of any such policies, (ii) would adversely affect Landlord’s right of recovery under any of such policies, or (iii) would result in reputable and independent insurance companies refusing to insure the Complex Office Park or the property of Landlord in amounts reasonably satisfactory to Landlord.

Tenant shall not knowingly commit or permit any violation of the policies of fire, boiler, sprinkler, water damage or other insurance covering the Complex Property and/or the fixtures, equipment and property therein carried by Landlord, or knowingly do or permit anything to be done, or keep or permit anything to be kept, in the Premises, which in case of any of the foregoing (i) would result in termination of any such policies, (ii) would materially and adversely affect Landlord’s right of recovery under any of such policies, or (iii) would result in reputable and independent insurance companies refusing to insure the Complex Property or the property of Landlord in amounts reasonably satisfactory to Landlord.

No Violation of Building Policies. Tenant shall not commit or permit any violation of the policies of fire, boiler, sprinkler, water damage or other insurance covering the Complex and/or the fixtures, equipment and property therein carried by Landlord, or do or permit anything to be done, or keep or permit anything to be kept, in the Premises, which in case of any of the foregoing (i) would result in termination of any such policies, (ii) would adversely affect Landlord’s right of recovery under any of such policies, or (iii) would result in reputable and independent insurance companies refusing to insure the Complex or the property of Landlord in amounts reasonably satisfactory to Landlord. Xxxxxxxx xxxxxx confirms that Xxxxxx’s use of the Premises for the Permitted Uses does not violate any insurance coverage carried by Landlord.

Tenant shall not commit or permit any violation of the policies of fire, boiler, sprinkler, water damage or other insurance covering the Complex Building and/or the fixtures, equipment and property therein carried by Landlord, or do or permit anything to be done, or keep or permit anything to be kept, in the Premises, which in case of any of the foregoing foregoing, (i) would result in termination of any such policies, (ii) would adversely affect Landlord’s right of recovery under any of such policies, policies or (iii) would result in reputable and independent insurance companies refusing to insure the Complex Building or the property of Landlord in amounts reasonably satisfactory to Landlord; it being agreed that use of the Premises as executive, administrative and general offices shall not be deemed to violate this Section 11.3(b).

Tenant shall not commit or knowingly permit any violation of the policies of fire, boiler, sprinkler, water damage or other insurance covering the Complex Property and/or the fixtures, equipment and property therein carried by Landlord, or do or knowingly permit anything to be done, or keep or permit anything to be kept, in the Premises, which in case of any of the foregoing (i) would result in termination of any such policies, (ii) would adversely affect Landlord’s right of recovery under any of such policies, or (iii) would result in reputable and independent insurance companies refusing to insure the Complex Property or the property of Landlord in amounts reasonably satisfactory to Landlord.

No Violation of Building Policies. Tenant shall not knowingly commit or permit any violation of the policies of fire, boiler, sprinkler, water damage or other insurance covering the Complex Building and/or the fixtures, equipment and property therein carried by Landlord, or do or permit anything to be done, or keep or permit anything to be kept, in the Premises, which in case of any of the foregoing foregoing, (i) would result in termination of any such policies, (ii) would adversely affect Landlord’s right of recovery under any of such policies, policies or (iii) would result in reputable and independent insurance companies refusing to insure the Complex Building or the property of Landlord in amounts reasonably satisfactory to Landlord. The use of the Premises for the purposes approved herein shall not breach the provisions of this Section 11.5.

Tenant shall not commit or permit any violation of the policies of fire, boiler, sprinkler, water damage or other insurance covering the Complex Building Facility and/or the fixtures, equipment and property therein carried by Landlord, or do or permit anything to be done, or keep or permit anything to be kept, in the Premises, which in case of any of the foregoing (i) would result in termination of any such policies, (ii) would adversely affect Landlord’s right of recovery under any of such policies, or (iii) would result in reputable and independent insurance companies refusing to insure the Complex Building Facility or the property of Landlord in amounts reasonably satisfactory to Landlord.
