The Company has not violated and is not in violation of applicable export control laws and regulations, including but not limited to the Export Administration Regulations administered by the Bureau of Industry and Security, an agency of the United States Department of Commerce. The Company has instituted, maintained and enforced, and will continue to maintain and enforce policies and procedures designed to promote and ensure compliance with all applicable export control laws and regulations.
