Common use of No Violation of Law or Breach of Contract Clause in Contracts

No Violation of Law or Breach of Contract. The execution and delivery of the Site Lease and this Lease-Purchase Agreement and compliance with the provisions thereof and hereof will not (i) violate any applicable provision of statutory law or regulation, (ii) breach or otherwise violate any existing obligation of the District under any court order or administrative decree to which the District is subject, or (iii) breach, or result in a default under, any loan agreement, note, resolution, indenture, contract, agreement, or other instrument to which the District is a party or is otherwise subject or bound.
