No Violation of Other Agreements. Neither the execution and delivery of this Agreement nor compliance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement by TJC will breach or conflict with any of the terms, conditions or provisions of any agreement or instrument to which TJC is or may be bound or constitute a default thereunder or result in a termination of any such agreement or instrument.
