Common use of No Violation of Other Agreements Clause in Contracts

No Violation of Other Agreements. In order to induce the Company to enter into this Agreement, Executive represents and warrants to the Company that neither the execution nor the performance of this Agreement by Executive shall violate or conflict in any way with any other agreement or obligations by which Executive may be bound.

No Violation of Other Agreements. In order to induce the Company to enter into this Agreement, Executive hereby represents and warrants to the Company that neither the execution nor (i) he is entering into this Agreement voluntarily and that the performance of his obligations hereunder will not violate any agreement between him and any other person, firm, organization or other entity, and (ii) he is not bound by the terms of any agreement with any previous employer or other party to refrain from competing, directly or indirectly, with the business of such previous employer or other party that would be violated by his entering into this Agreement by Executive shall violate or conflict in any way with any other agreement or obligations by which Executive may be boundand/or providing services to the Company pursuant to the terms of this Agreement.

In order to induce the Company Executive represents and warrants that Executive is fully authorized and empowered to enter into this Agreement, Executive represents Agreement and warrants to the Company that neither the execution nor the performance of this Agreement the obligations hereunder will not violate any agreement between Executive and any other person, firm, organization or other entity, and Executive is not bound by Executive shall violate or conflict in the terms of any way agreement with any previous employer or other agreement party including, without limitation, to refrain from competing, directly or obligations indirectly, with the business of such previous employer or other party that would be violated by which Executive may be boundentering into this Agreement.
