No Violation of Prior Agreements. Mxxxxxxx’s execution and performance of this Agreement will not conflict with any other agreement, obligation, promise, court order, administrative order or decree, law or regulation to which Merchant is subject, including any agreement that prohibits the sale or pledge of Merchant’s income or receipts.
